The west side of the house was starting to settle, and the floor had opened up into the basement. The doorway was doing its best to hold itself up.
A tree was doing its best to reclaim this building.
Another combine, this time a John Deere.
Of all the buildings we saw this afternoon, this barn was in the best condition.
After a 1/2 mile hike through a slough, we found a house hiding behind this tree.
A wood burning furnace lays in the living area.
This guy wasn’t happy we were walking around his house.
Another short hike to get to this farm brought us to a house that’s seen better years.
